The U.S. Embassy is recruiting a Telephone Operator (m/f), to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.
The U.S. Mission in Maputo/Mozambique is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the position of Telephone Operator

Under supervision of the Information Management (IM) Admin Assistant, the Receptionist serves as one of the Embassy’s telephone operators
Incumbent provides receptionists services that includes greeting and assisting visitors, receiving, and transferring incoming calls, assisting with long distance calls, providing, and updating Embassy’s mission directory, and performing clerical duties
When warranted, incumbent will assist with answering IMO Help Desk calls and entering MyService tickets
