Position Overview

We are looking for dedicated and motivated Assistant to join our Sponsorship Service Division (SSD) in Maputo. The selected candidates will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing sponsorship activities, ensuring effective communication between sponsors and beneficiaries, and supporting the overall mission of GNMOZ in these communities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for Child Sponsorship Program
Operating Child Management System (CIF, APR, ACL, GML, Drop-out)
Monitoring sponsored child (Home visiting, Interviewing, Counseling, Delivering GML)
Supporting Project operation
Responsible for qualified tasks instructed by the employer

High School degree
Relevant experience in Social Work, Education, Child Development, Community Development, Public Health.

Preferred: Experience in child sponsorship programs or community development projects
Beneficial: Experience working with children and families in social services or community development
Beneficial: Experience with databases or child management systems
Other Considerations:

Comprehensive understanding of safeguarding principles
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies
Proven ability to manage large datasets with a high degree of accuracy

Languages

Proficiency in Portuguese and English
