❖ Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in fluent Portuguese.
❖ Promote and sell company products and services, meeting sales targets.
❖ Provide accurate information to customers, using Google Maps and digital tools.
❖ Manage and update customer records in the CRM system.
❖ Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure a positive experience at all touchpoints
