EA- Private Employment Agency is currently recruiting a Natural Resources & Regional Operational Manager to be based in Beira.

Key Responsibilities:
Development of Minerals, OGC and AFL trade business for the central region;
Liaising with customers and other stakeholders;
Drafting of business plans with operational and financial implications;
Work closer with the Managing Director and all other Line Managers in Mozambique;
Supervise the formulation and implementation of the sales and marketing strategies, plans and
targets within corporate guidelines;
Plan and monitor all marketing and sales activities of the region;
Ensure the implementation of overall sales and marketing strategies;
Ensure maintenance of actual business and responsible to achieve revenue growth targets;
DSO according to company standards;
Monitor customer and market development and implement corrective measures;
Acquire new customers and ensure close relationship to existing and new customers;
Responsible for the day to day coordination of Business Development;
Accountable and responsible for Technical operations;
In conjunction with Managing Director: Responsible for capital, revenue and expense budgeting;
Responsible for development, effective utilization and supervision of human resources within the Minerals, OGC and AFL Sub-divisions, including training, recruitment;
In conjunction with Managing Director, is responsible for long and short term strategic development of business as well as marketing and business development;
Responsible for overseeing programmes including liaison with clients, quotations, customer care of existing contracts;
Assisting in budgeting process for specific projects and new services developments;
Development and implementation of reporting tools;
Coordinate QHSE implementation at the region ;
Complies and conforms to the laboratory quality management system (ISO17025 ).

Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Chemistry, Port Management, Science related program preferable in Geochemistry or other related Field ;

Computer Literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CCLAS);
At least 5 years experience in Mineral or OGC or AFL and Laboratory Management;
Customer Relations;
Project Management;
Expert working knowledge of the mining and minerals industry;
Good ability to persuade, convince, influence or impress others;
Good working knowledge of drafting of business plans with operational and financial implications;
To be familiar with company procedures;
Good interpersonal skills.

Language skills: Portuguese and English;
