HR & AD Manager (Based in Nacala)
Union Energy is seeking an experienced HR & Administration Manager to join our team based in Nacala, Mozambique. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire HR and administrative functions of the logistics company, including handling foreign employee documentation. Experience in the logistics industry is a must.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Oversee and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and offboarding;
2. Manage payroll processing, employee attendance, leave, and benefits administration;
3. Administer visa applications, work permits, and residence permits for foreign employees;
4. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies;
5. Ensure smooth communication and coordination between the Nacala office and head office;
6. Handle employee relations and disciplinary actions as needed;
Supervise administrative operations, including office management, procurement, and logistics support;
7. Ensure compliance with company standards, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
