Itec Solutions is hiring a Sales Senior Representative.

We’re looking for a dynamic, energetic, ethical individual that will integrate in a high-performance team.

Role Summary

Our growing office automation business seeks an experienced, motivated Sales Representative to acquire and retain customers, help them find what they need and upsell new products.

We are looking for a professional who can quickly absorb and retain product knowledge. The successful candidate will receive on-the-job training for two weeks.

Responsibilities

Visits business establishments to solicit business for printing firm;
Contacts prospects, following leads submitted by management, established customers, or developed through other sources;
Learn how products work and how to troubleshoot issues with customers;
Suggest applicable and relevant upsells to help customers with everything they need;
May prepare sales promotional letters to be sent to prospective customers;
May submit formal bids on large orders of printed matter;
Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales in Maputo and Regions;
Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management.

Notes

The candidate is required to be comfortable travelling around Mozambique;
Experience in the print solutions or IT business is an advantage.

BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field;

Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets;
Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences;
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization;
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close;
Strong business sense and industry expertise;
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills;

Fluent in English and Portuguese.

Itec Solutions is a Mozambique based office automation and communications services company. Offices and warehousing are based in Maputo with additional satellite operations focused on sales and service in Beira, Tete and Nacala. The values of the company are quality of service and sales driven.

There is an existing team of 12 employees which includes a Service Department, Sales Administration, Finance, Customer Service and Resource Planning.
