Reporting to the Superintendent PC&I, this role will monitor and optimize processes and equipment to achieve set production targets within the appropriate safety and quality standards.

Serious contenders will have a Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering field or equivalent, with minimum experience of 5 years in a large processing plant, mine or smelter.
Qualificação e Habilidades da oferta
Provide troubleshooting and analysis expertise on the production process to the Production Execution Teams, highlighting deviations and recommending corrective actions.
Spend an appropriate amount of time on the shopfloor investigating process deviations and initiating corrective actions and evaluating adherence to work quality practices.
Monitor the process/production parameters using statistical process methods and standard operating procedures.
Investigate technical problems and recommend solutions,
Conduct and initiate non-routine and specialized technical analysis, evaluating results and providing reports thereon.
Assist with training and development of operational employees according to the appropriate standards.
Ensure the relevant standard operating procedures are developed, reviewed and maintained to support the safe execution of work.
