We are seeking a diligent and passionate Procurement Buyer to oversee the purchasing of supplies and services for our Mozambique office. As a key member of our team, will play a vital role in ensuring efficient and cost-effective procurement processes, contributing to the success of our projects and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Receive and process purchase requirements from business departments within our Mozambique office;
Serve as a project procurement manager, identifying and implementing effective solutions for procuring materials, equipment, and services required for various projects;
Conduct comprehensive market research, including supplier qualification and selection, contract negotiation, and seamless contract handover;
Proactively follow up on supplier deliveries of materials and services, addressing and resolving any issues that may arise between suppliers and business departments;
Take responsibility for internal control management within Mozambique, supporting procurement directives to effectively control Business Conduct Guidelines/EHS risks.
