Job Summary

The Compliance Monitoring Senior Officer is responsible for driving the operational aspects of the bank’s compliance monitoring activities. Reporting to the Compliance Monitoring Manager, this role involves executing compliance monitoring plans, conducting detailed compliance reviews, and identifying potential compliance risks. The Senior Officer collaborates with various business units to ensure effective monitoring processes and provides recommendations for corrective actions. They prepare compliance reports, maintain accurate documentation, and stay updated on regulatory changes to ensure monitoring activities align with current regulations. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the bank’s compliance integrity and mitigating compliance risks through diligent operational execution.
