Job Posting Stock Controller

Role:
To Work in compliance with Maintenance department strategy in the area of Material & stock management for activities carried out by Maintenance department and ensure an uninterrupted execution of maintenance activities.
Optimize the maintenance spares costs. Improvement of process with both maintenance & Material services, development and introduction of new systems, aimed to increase material usage effectiveness.
Increase of maintenance profitability. Main
Responsibilities:
Ensure Spares & material readiness related to Maintenance activities such as: Preventive /Corrective/Shutdowns/TA.
Interact on daily basis with All Maintenance team members for Material issuance, tracking, expediting.
Track & follow up of consumed material & spares with different reporting as required (Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly).
Coordinate to register new material & spares.
Coordinate for maintenance spares & material logistics with Logistic & warehouse teams.
To manage & follow up the delivery of critical maintenance procured equipment and materials assuring that they meet contractual quality specifications and project delivery requirements.
Responsible that all materials movements are recorded and tracked on SAP system
Support maintenance stocks review and enhancement process.
Implement and update the MRP management system with CMMS team.
Lead and implement initiatives, analysis and studies that identify improvement opportunities, designed to increase team delivery and effectiveness and in turn improve materials inventory management.

Bachelor´s Degree in Engineering or any relevant field.

Minimum of 05 years field experience in oil & gas or petrochemical industry preferably cryogenic operation/LNG in the field of Project and Facility Turnaround and major equipment overhauls planning.
Must have a strong commitment and working knowledge of safety and loss control programmes.
Working experience on CMMS system preferably SAP (PM & WM/MM Modules).

Compliance: Local/National and International Standard and Codes, Tender procedures.
Specialist Knowledge: Engineering knowledge in the specialist activity.
