Our client in Maputo is looking for Senior Terminals Director to join their team for a job vacancy within the Terminals sector.
Responsibilities:
Play a leading role in overseeing the company’s budget and growth strategy.
Execute strategies to optimize the growth of the company and assets.
Ensure the specialisation and effectiveness of operational platforms.
Create strategies to combat theft and stock loss and implement initiatives to reduce company costs.
Oversee financial reporting in accordance with financial policies and procedures.
Promote safety performance and culture, financial management, accounting and banking processes.
Managing personnel and leading performance evaluations, to ensure a committed and qualified workforce.
Collaborate with leadership to create an environment of collective responsibility and accountability.

Requisitos do funcionário
A posição é adequada para candidatos com educação
Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance, Human Resource Management or related fields and the master’s or PHD level can be an advantage.
Qualificação e Habilidades da oferta
More than 10 years of experience in the management of human resources, finance, operations or management strategies of complex and large companies.
Proven ability to manage budgets in a similar role.
Excellent operational and financial acumen.
Excellent verbal and written skills and experience working with staff at all levels.
Proven experience of exceptional performance in a previous complex company.
