We are looking for dynamic male master’s in human resource
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Hiring: Oversee recruitment efforts, ensuring the hiring of qualified candidates that align with the company’s needs and culture.
Employee Satisfaction: Regularly coordinate with employees to assess satisfaction levels, address concerns, and foster a positive workplace environment.
Labor Case Management: Handle labor-related issues, mediate between employees and management, and ensure smooth resolution while keeping management informed.
Digital Attendance Implementation: Implement and monitor the digital attendance system, ensuring accurate tracking and that employees are adhering to work schedules efficiently.
