We are looking for a dynamic and committed Human Resources Coordinator to join our Chimoio Factory team. This professional will be responsible for leading people management processes, fostering a productive work environment aligned with organizational needs. This role reports directly to the Business Partner of Human Resources and will have a significant impact on building a strong culture and developing local talent.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in industrial environments.
Knowledge of local labor laws and best practices in people management.
Strong communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work in a team and focus on results.
Proactivity, strategic thinking, and strong change management skills.
