We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven HR Consultant with expertise in recruitment and outsourcing to support our clients in attracting top talent and managing external workforce solutions.

Funções ou responsabilidades:
Recruitment:
Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and organizational goals;
Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies (job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding);
Utilize various sourcing channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals;
Conduct candidate assessments and reference checks;
Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process;
Outsourcing & Workforce Solutions:

Manage outsourced HR functions such as payroll, contract staffing, and compliance;
Act as a liaison between clients and third-party providers or contracted staff;
Coordinate the foreign hiring process;
Contribute to sales growth by supporting client acquisition efforts and promoting company services to potential customers;
Ensure legal and policy compliance in outsourced arrangements (labor laws, data protection, etc.).

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus);

2 years of experience in HR consulting;
Strong proficiency in English language is crucial;
Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices;
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills;
Ability to manage multiple clients or projects simultaneously;
Proficiency with ATS, HRIS platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
