Ecolog Mozambique is looking to recruit and hire an Administrative and Logistics Assistant for Cabo
Delgado.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Based in the office in Cabo Delgado, under the supervision of the General Manager, the
Administrative and Logistics Assistant will develop the following organizational support activities
:Secretariat:
• Processing correspondence, i.e., creating, receiving, classifying, documenting, distributing,
archiving and/or dispatching correspondence, complying with established procedures.
• Prepare reports, forms and spreadsheets, according to the guidance of their superiors.
• Provide service to users and/or suppliers and follow up.
• Provide support in the programming, organization, realization and documentation of events
and work meetings.
• Ensure the organization of the office, including the proper functioning and use of the
equipment used;
• Verify the established deadlines and the location of the various administrative processes.
• Update the register of employees and suppliers of goods and services.
Provide support in accounting and finance departament including:
• Support in the maintenance of Accounting, Finance and Procurement files.
• Support the payment of tax obligations related to the office.
• Registration of suppliers and maintain internal control of files.
Provide logistical and procurement support:
• Assist whenever necessary in the dispatch and/or receipt of materials and equipment.
• Control the execution of general services (water, energy, communication, cleaning,
transportation, security);

• Qualification in Administration, business management or other related areas.
Qualificação e Habilidades da oferta
• Work experience, at least 2 years in the field of administrative assistance (human resource
management, accounting and finance)
• Proven experience in using Microsoft Office, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in both spoken and written Portuguese.
• Fluency in the English language (mandatory criterion)
• Good interpersonal skills and awareness and sensitivity in the management of multicultural
environments.
• Ability to maintain professional secrecy and a high sense of responsibility.
• Honesty and good professional integrity.
• Driver’s license and experience driving in manual cars.
• Resident in Pemba
