INTERNAL ACTIVITY

Sales instructions received for new vehicle delivery
Time commitment of new vehicle readiness to be given to Sales
Receive Customer
Wash/Clean vehicle
Greasing and Lubrication if required
Check vehicle and road test
Enter vehicle details in Operator Service Book
Verify as per Delivery checklist


PRE-SALES ACTIVITY

Vehicle Demonstration
Exterior – Front, Sides, Rear, Coolant Filling, Check Oil level – Dipstick
Under Chassis – Fuel water seperator, Separ Filter, Service Indicator, Suspension, Greasing Locations,
Interior – Tyre Pressure, Tyre Rotation,
Maintenance tips

Do-Don’ts
Driving habits
Trouble shooting tips
Road test along with Customer
Genuine Spare Parts & Recommended Lubricants
Impart training and information on Warranty Terms with Warranty Book
Show GPS system and Accessories
Obtain Customer’s Signature on NVDP Sheet & Vehicle Delivery Check list
Branches, Service Garage Network, Parts Retail Shop Network & Town Shop
Introduce Aftersales Staff – Workshop Manager, PartsManager, Service Advisor, PSF Coordinator/Customer Care Executive, Service Reception & Spares Counter
Breakdown Support – No.
Conduct Prayer with customer
Issue Gate pass and handover to Customer along with keys
