Descrição da oferta, jornada de trabalho e responsabilidades
Responsibilities:
Stock reception from W3 Filling line from the Section in charge/supervisor;
Fulfill FG storage standards in accordance with the respective SOP;
Product dispatch as per the service order received, verify all requisition “Qty, SKU, Items” to be loaded;
Apply FIFO and FEFO standard/SOP for all products;
Time management for loading and dispatching for all customers/trucks;
Inspect all vehicles before loading and manage FG movement between the WH’s and verify the weighbridge slip of empty vehicle before initiating the loading;
Dailly, weekly and monthly stock reconciliation;
Record keeping and reporting;
Housekeeping, Hygiene, safety and controls.
Requisitos do funcionário
A posição é adequada para candidatos com educação
Diploma in accounting or any other relevant area;
Qualificação e Habilidades da oferta
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a reputed company, preferably with FMCG;
SC and Logistic diploma would be advantage;
Good knowledge of stock management, risk and control;
Good communication skills, collaborative and agile;
MS excel domain and Outlook;Bilingual (English & Portuguese);
Solid organizational skills;
Other related and relevant professional qualifications;
Knowledge of safety procedures.
