Descrição da oferta, jornada de trabalho e responsabilidades
• Maximize the customer experience with ABSA by providing fast, accurate and continuous customer service.
• Monitor remote ATM Uptime and ensure those that are down and need replenishment are seen by the custodians or service providers
• Ensure ATM reconciliations and regularizations of identified cash difference within the SLA
• Ensure that Customers Complaints are resolved within the SLA and in line with Absa’s Standards
• Ensure that all transactions are captured accurately on the systems, FCR and SharePoint
Job Description
Comply with Cash management procedures as prescribed.
Comply with ATM Management Manual procedures as prescribed
Adhere to the necessary control measures to prevent fraud, and cash failures. Report to the treasurer any suspicion in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering controls.
Conduct the cash conference/count \”in accordance with cash management procedures, including the physical security of the amounts on their liability according to the defined procedures
Ensure completeness of all mandatory training
Ensure ATM replenishment according to approved cash limit and propose reviews where necessary
Investigate Complaints and provide the need feedback to customers within SLA
Guarantee of high level of ATM availability – 95%
Guarantee ATM CIT costs as well as electricity costs are aligned to STP
Collect bank cards held at ATMs and deliver at branches within 72h;
Ensure all transactions are captured accurately on the systems, FCR and SharePoint
Comply with development objectives as agreed in PD
Proactively identify personal development areas and skills needed
Keep up-to-date on all Circular and Policies and [procedures within ABM
Understand ABM systems and applicable equipment.
Work together with IT, CRES, Channel, RBB and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional performance across
