Be Girl is a growing global company for women, by women that makes modern period care for the 21st century. We exist to bridge the access gap in Menstrual Health and Hygiene (MHH) by providing high-quality, innovative and sustainable menstrual care products and menstruation education to those who need it the most. Our mission is to become the leading provider of sustainable menstrual products in underserved markets, driving a transformative change in the positive public perception of menstruation. Through strategic partnerships with humanitarian and development actors, we deliver menstrual products, age-appropriate menstrual education, and conduct data collection and analysis. The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Director of Sales and Partnerships. In this key leadership role, you will work closely with the executive team and lead the sales function and play a pivotal role in advancing our mission.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute Be Girl’s global sales and partnership strategy with humanitarian organizations, NGOs, and governments to expand reach and impact.
Lead the sales function, managing Be Girl’s B2B pipeline and sales process, continuously optimizing strategies to align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
Own sales reporting and performance evaluation, tracking key metrics, analyzing trends, and providing data-driven insights to the executive team to inform decision-making.
Manage and mentor a high-performing sales and partnerships team, fostering a results-driven culture with clear accountability.
Oversee contract negotiations and partnership agreements, ensuring sustainable, mutually beneficial collaborations.
Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams to develop tailored solutions for partners.
Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging opportunities in the humanitarian and development sectors, positioning Be Girl as a key player in the market.
Represent Be Girl externally at industry conferences, events, and meetings, actively engaging with potential partners and decision-makers.

Requisitos do funcionário

A posição é adequada para candidatos com educação

Bachelor’s degree in business, international development, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Qualificação e Habilidades da oferta

7+ years of experience in sales and/or fundraising, and strategic partnerships within the humanitarian, nonprofit, or social enterprise sectors.
Proven track record of successfully closing large deals, securing funding, or managing high-value partnerships.
Strong leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and manage a sales or fundraising team.
Analytical mindset, with expertise in sales reporting, CRM tools, and data-driven performance management.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to navigate complex partnerships and influence key stakeholders.
Deep understanding of the humanitarian and development ecosystem, including major donors, implementing partners, and procurement processes.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution.
Fluency in English and Portuguese is a requirement, any other language skills are a plus
