Role Purpose
As Legal Executive assistant, the role is to provide full assistance to the Division’s ME and guarantee that the team is catered for.

Key Accountabilities
Assist the Director in the administration of the department’s needs;
Manage all Legal monthly plans – travels, trainings logistics, consumables and etc;
Keep records of all documentation from and for ME-legal;
Manage all the payments of the suppliers and cash needed for the operation of the division;
Follow up on signatures of the division’s documents (Memos, policy’s and procedures, response letters and requests).

What we are looking in you
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
PC Literate – at least intermediate level MS Office, especially Excel;
Project Management capabilities; Ability to organize and plan;
Action orientated;
Highly confidential – know how to keep internal issues confident;
Great interactive skills;
Highly available to assist at any time.
